Enjoy a FREE 60 minute training session to see if CrossFit is for you. With classes running throughout the day simply click here to sign up and choose the best class time for you.

STEP TWO

BEGINNERS COURSE

Done with your trial and ready to get started? Our Beginners Course takes you through the fundamentals of what we do at CrossFit Nefarious putting you on the road to success! Classes run on Monday/Tuesday/Thursday evenings at 7pm

STEP THREE

GENERAL CLASSES

If you have completed the Beginners Course or if you’re an experienced CrossFit athlete (currently training and have 1+ year experience) then you are ready to join regular classes. Visit our pricing page for great membership options and call us to get started.
